Jeff The Killer: My Version

Alright let me explain this before you guys start getting all confused:

This is a redesign I did of him, I got tired of the old design cause a few reasons:

One, he original design didn't really scare me much
Two: I thought a nice change would be nice
And three: THE FUCKING FANGIRLS. Why I point this out? Because they use that fucking design and make him look "Cute" or "SEXY OMFG HE'S SO HOT" and it's getting on my nerves

Now some little facts about this Jeff here:
He has piebald (which he hates), if you don't know what that is here are some examples ----> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piebaldi…
He is 26 years old
He had gotten bullied because of his 'weird skin' earning the names, cow, shit stains and walking spots
He is musically talented but hides it from other pastas
due to him catching on fire, he has bald spots on his head and hair no longer grows on his body except his head
Wear a sleeveless jacket that originally belonged to his brother Louis AKA Liu for short
Jeff is Portuguese and white (Portuguese is from his father's side)

Now his backstory is a tiny itty bit different, I'm just going to sum it up as short as possible:

    Jeffery Bosgues (Last name means Woods in Portuguese) has moved into a new neighborhood, his parents were auguring a lot and actually plan to divorce but he didn't seem to care. He was born with piebald, due to this, he was bullied quite a lot in school, which was one of the main reasons why they moved. His brother, Louis was his kind older brother who kept getting suspended for fighting to protect Jeff. As they moved in, Jeff stayed inside for most of the summer while he watched his brother play with the neighbor's kids. When he decided to come out, Liu introduced him to his new friends, Randy, Keith and Troy, they picked on him because of his skin, calling him shit stain and skinny cow. Liu was vey oblivious to this and assumed they were simple playful jokes. Jeff became insecure about himself and came to cut himself, starting to develop a disorder called Trichotillomania (www.anxietycoach.com/trichotil…). The bullying has gotten worse while his parents arguments worsened along with it. 
Jeff had no one to turn to, he had no friends and the only person he could talk to was his brother, who seemed to be out more instead of hanging with him. One day, as Jeff was walking to his car to go to school (he's 17 in this story and has his own car.) Randy, Keith and Troy ambushed him, taunting him and threatening him to give the car keys up. Jeff refused and remember combat his father trained him because he was in the army. He fought back but something in him rushed with pleasure as he watched them suffer with every punch he threw. He didn't stop till Troy hit him in the back of his head; Keith and Troy dragged Randy away before anything else happened. Jeff, who realized what he done, quickly hopped in his car and drove off to school. He had gotten home and saw policemen in his house, while his family stared at him with disbelief the policemen forcefully handcuffed him, telling Jeff he was under arrest for assaulting Randy and his gang. The police drove off and Jeff and stayed in jail for a few days till he was bailed out by his parents.
Jeff later was pulled out of school and put into home school due to the bullying being just as bad there. During one of his teachings, he took a break and walked outside for a breather, only to run into Randy's crew. They immediately began to argue and Jeff fought each one with hesitation when given the chance. Randy held a knife and stabbed Jeff's leg, giving him an advantages and kicking him to the ground. Jeff carefully pulled out the knife and stabbed Randy in the chest, pushing him to the ground and began to stomp on his chest, killing him. He let out a small chuckle as the Randy's blood covered his whole shoe. Troy fled in fear while Keith fought Jeff. Both stumbled into Jeff's dad's garage with Jeff having the advantage until Keith yanked him down. He poured gasoline all over him, that was next the the car. Keith lit the match throwing on Jeff; he limped his way out and quickly shut the door before Jeff escaped. Screams and little laughters were heard.
Jeff was sent to the hospital and was amputated to save his live, the doctors came back and told the parents that he does not look the same due to his severe burns. As they unwrapped his face, his family gasped as they were a little frightened. Jeff wanted to see his new identity and was given a mirror, he had bald spots on his head, his piebald seemed to have spread more and now reached his face, a huge burn wound was on the back of the left side of his had and a scar on the right thigh. His parents told him they tried their best but Jeff only smiled twitching a bit saying. "I'm so beautiful!!! Why would I change this!?!" The doctors examined the boy's mentality and discovered that during the fight and burn, he developed schizophrenia. They gave him medication and sent him home as soon as he checked out ok.
During the same night, his mother heard whimpers and cries, she walked out and checked the bathroom seeing Jeff staring into the mirror. She turned him around seeing her own son mutilating his face with their father's combat knife. He asked her "Do I look beautiful." Receiving a frightful nod from her mother and told Jeff that she was going to get his father. She quickly ran into her room and woke her husband up, telling him everything she saw, and how he needs help. Jeff walked in to his mother calling him a freak, growing furious. He slit her mother's throat and stabbed his father's forehead wit his own weapon. He walked into Louis's room and took his sleeveless jacket before climbing on top of him, covering his mouth and stabbing his neck saying: Vá domir (Go to sleep in Portuguese). Jeff grabbed the gasoline and burned the house to ashes.
Reports have been made that an unknown killer has been burning down homes of families, leaving the bodies inside, this all started with the Bosgues family house burned down and Jeffery's body was never found.
